When will my Christmas in July preorder arrive?

Preorders are made to order and ship ready for December. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order is on its way (timing may change).

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size guide with Australian measurements for Women's, Men's and Kids. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What are your shipping options?

We ship Australia-wide (free over $120) and internationally. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my pyjamas?

Yes — unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days. Get in touch and we'll sort out a return or exchange.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do! Gift cards are emailed instantly and can be used on anything in store. Find them under Gift Cards.
